Mike Fenner’s Close Personal Protection Academy was founded by Grand Master Michael Fenner. We are a Gold Coast based company, based in Upper Coomera Queensland and which was founded on commitment, professionalism and skill.
We provide top quality Personal Protection Security Services, Private Personal Protection Courses and Security Training Programs to the Government, the Private Sector and now available to the General Public. The techniques instructed are used in the training of the Korean Army, Military, SAS, Navy Seals and the very ‘High End’ mercenary. This training is IDEAL for front line soldiers as well as Police, Security Personnel and the general public etc. He is also a Movie Fight Scene co-ordinator and Director in local films made on the Gold Coast.
NO ONE has done as intense and as easy-to-do ‘HIGH LEVEL’ self-protection defence like this in Australia.
We have brought this down to the average person’s level as we feel and know personally, being instructed by a 8th Degree in Moo Duk Kwan (Korean Military Training) the normal of ‘Martial Arts’ and a 10th Dan in Close Personal Protection and other styles of instruction, that it just DOESN’T WORK in street and actual military confrontations unless you have been training for many years and are still very capable both physically and mentally.
